A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the victim C (V and 48 years old), and the victim D (V and 17 years old) and the victim E (V) are the children of the defendant respectively.

1. A special assault: (a) on May 14, 2017, the Defendant used the kitchen gate (the total length: 32 cm and blade length: 20 cm), which is a dangerous thing in the country and in the kitchen, and used the kitchen gate (the total length: 32 cm and blade length: 20 cm) on the grounds that he/she was released from his/her house at the Defendant’s residence of 102-dong 302-dong 302 and late returning home on May 14, 2017; and (b) used the kitchen gate with the victim’s inside and outside of the said C, the Defendant used the victim by cutting his/her kitchen knife with the Defendant’s hand who gets the kitchen knife and then cutting the victim’s second finger.

2. Special intimidation: (a) the Defendant, at the time of the foregoing day and around the above residence, adopted a rectangular frame, which is a dangerous object at the inside and outside of the above residence, and threatened the victim C, as the Defendant would be frightening the victim C.

3. The Defendant violated the Child Uniforms Act (child abuse) committed two times by the victim E, who was a child and the victim E, who was threatened with C at the above time and inside the above residence at the front of the day and the above residence, and the victim E was prevented, and the victim’s left side of the victim D was boomed once by hand, and the victim E was boomed twice by hand.

Accordingly, the defendant committed emotional abuse that harms the mental health and development of children.

4. The Defendant damaged property: (a) assaulted D and E at the time of the above day and around the above residence, and went to a ward; (b) any defect that the victim C could not correct and enter the visit; and (c) any loss of an inner door, the victim’s ownership, was removed from the market price by sampling the knife at several times.
