Punishment of the crime

On July 22, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the resident support area at the Daegu District Court on July 2, 201, and was sentenced to a fine of three million won or more for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon on March 21, 201, and was sentenced to a summary order of three million won or more.

On December 14, 2017, at around 19:48, the Defendant driven Bsch Rexn car under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.086% from the 18km section to the southwest-to-west of the Gumi-si, Gumi-si, Seoul Metropolitan City, to 6:7:00,000, the Defendant driven the Bsch Rexn car in the state of under the influence of alcohol content of around 18km.
