A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant committed violence on April 12, 2014, on the ground that a vehicle operated by the victim F (year 44) was changed in the front of the “schina apartment” in the Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, on the ground that the vehicle operated by the victim F (year 44) was changed in the vehicle in the future of the vehicle, and used the vehicle operated by the victim on one hand at the victim’s hand.

2. Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by the police officer on crime prevention and at the same time injured the victim.
