A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 05:45 on October 1, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) driven a DK5 car in the state of alcohol alcohol content of about 7km from the front of the C convalescent Hospital located in Pyeongtaek-si B to the long distance of the Aneropo-friendly apartment located in the same 4-lane 2 in the same city.
