1. Defendant A

(a) The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

As a result, the Defendant applied for the government subsidy by false application or unlawful means and received KRW 2,322,580 as the internship subsidy, and received a total of KRW 54,62,575 from July 5, 2012 from that time to July 5, 2012.

2. Defendant B Co., Ltd., at the above date, at the place, and at the same time, A, its representative, committed the above violation in relation to the Defendant’s business.
