Punishment of the crime

Defendants are not narcotics handlers.

1. Defendant A’s crime;

A. On May 6, 2015, the Defendant administered the instant drug at K’s house 1009 K, Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, in a manner of spreading approximately 0.1g of the Memoptop, a local mental medicine (hereinafter “philopon”), to the glass pipe, and raising the bottom thereof.

B. Around November 2015, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of philopon in a room that may not know the 11th floor of M Hotel in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, in the same manner as described in paragraph (a).

On January 15, 2016, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of philopon in a room that does not know of MM hotel 11th floor, in the same manner as described in paragraph (a).

On February 18, 2016, at around 23:00, the Defendant purchased approximately 44.58g philopon, approximately 11.95g of hemp, approximately 39.75g live mental medicine, at around 11,00 knives of China (Korean Won KRW 2.190,00) from a club that is not aware of the name in Chinese Republic of China.

On February 19, 2016, the Defendant imported philophones, hemps, and Kenyas purchased at an airport of China located in China, as above, in a way that they pass through the Incheon Airport Entry Site search unit.

E. On February 26, 2016, the Defendant: (a) filed a lawsuit in a way to place one of the MDMA (MMA) on the table table on MD, which is a local mental medicine, on the following grounds: (b) M hotel No. 1302; (c) MM, a local mental medicine.

2. Defendants’ criminal conduct

A. At around 04:00 on February 26, 2016, the Defendants conspired to administer the crophones in a manner of raising the crophones volume above the glass pipe and inhaleing the smoke emitted by heating the bottom thereof.

B. On February 26, 2016, the Defendants conspired to administer in the same manner as described in paragraph (a) the volume of philophone scopon 1302 at a hotel with an influence of time on February 26, 2016

On February 26, 2016, the Defendants conspired to administer philophones in the same manner as described in paragraph (a).
