【Criminal Facts】
1. On March 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed indecent act by compulsion on the road in front of the studio in Busan-si, around 05:40 on March 15, 2014, the Defendant committed indecent act by compulsion on the part of the victim D (n, 21 years old); (b) followed the victim E (n, 21 years old); (c) followed the victim E (n, 21 years old); (d) put the Defendant’s hand into the part of the victim D’s hand; and (e) committed indecent act by coercioning the victims E.
2. On March 18, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed indecent act by compulsion on the road in front of the studio in Busan Metropolitan CityF on March 18, 2014; (b) the victim G (V, 23 years old); (c) the victim G (V, 23 years old); and (d) the victim’s abundance with other hand, and forced the victim to commit indecent act by force.
3. Around March 19, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (such as Residence Rape, Rape, etc.) committed an indecent act against the victim by coercioning the victim H (or 22 years of age) who was her studio in Busan City around 00:40 on March 19, 2014.
4. Around May 20, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (such as Residence Rape, Rape, etc.) committed an indecent act by force against the victim, stating that “When the victim intending to take a visit and prevent the victim from taking a password from taking a secret door,” the Defendant intending to forcibly commit an indecent act against the victim, following the victim J (here, 20 years of age) who went home to the studio inside the studio, followed by around 03:40 on May 20, 2014.
