Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 2, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act: (a) while engaging in driving Madio Madio Madio Madio (hereinafter “the instant Madio Madio”) with no number plate; (b) while driving the instant Madio Madio on April 2, 2019 while under the influence of alcohol at least 0.166% of alcohol level, the Defendant driven the instant Madio Madio Madio Madio Madio Madio (hereinafter “instant Madio Madio Ba”); (c) driven the instant Madio

In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle shall accurately operate the steering system, brakes, and other devices of the motor vehicle, shall not drive the motor vehicle at a speed or in such a manner as to inflict any danger and injury on others according to the traffic conditions of the road and the structure and performance of the motor vehicle, and has the duty of care to prevent accidents from occurring.

Nevertheless, the Defendant was negligent in driving while neglecting this and received the left side of the G M&T truck owned by the Victim F (year 64) who was parked on the right side of the progress of the G M&C in this case.

After all, the defendant damaged the cargo vehicle, which is the property owned by the victim, so that the amount equivalent to 170,500 won, such as repair cost, by negligence in the course of business.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act, the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license), and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, without a motorcycle driver’s license, operated the instant private-wheeled land by driving the instant private-wheeled land, in which the distance of about 200 persons is not covered by mandatory insurance, from the first day of the International Safety Center located in H of Busan, to the front road of the C Child Care Center located in H, under the influence of alcohol level of 0.166% without a motorcycle driver’s license, as stated in paragraph (1).
