Punishment of the crime

Defendant A is the head of the competent field office of A (ju) performing the “C factory construction work” in the Dong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Ansan-si, and is responsible for all matters concerning safety and health of workers working at the above construction site.

Victim E (E) is a worker of F (State) who received electrical construction from D (State) during the said new construction work.
