1. The defendant,

A. From March 16, 2004 to June 29, 2007, 60,000 won and 30,000,000 won among the Selection C

Recognizing fact C shall lend a total of KRW 130 million to the Defendant three times as follows, and shall be paid part of interest.

On April 16, 2003, 100,000 won per month until March 15, 2004, interest rate of KRW 1,000,000 per month until March 15, 2004, 3% per June 13, 2003 interest rate of KRW 30,000,000 until January 13, 2004, C designated 3% per month of August 25, 2003 to the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) on August 18, 2004, transferred to the Defendant the principal and interest on the loan of KRW 20,000,000 as well as the interest and interest on the loan of KRW 3,00,00,000,000 to the Defendant, and notified the Defendant of the above assignment of the credit.

On April 10, 2006, the Defendant paid KRW 25 million to the Plaintiff (Appointed Party). Among them, KRW 17.5 million was appropriated for performing each of the interest accrued until October 25, 2004 out of the principal and interest on the loans specified in Nos. 2 as above, and KRW 7.5 million among the principal and interest on the loans specified in No. 3 as of October 25, 2004.

[Reasons for Recognition] Nos. 1, 1, and the defendant to determine the purport of the whole pleadings:

A. From March 16, 2004 to June 29, 2007, with respect to 60,000,000 won and 30,000,000 won per annum under the agreement, 30% per annum pursuant to the agreement within the scope of interest limit under the Interest Limitation Act from June 30, 2007 to September 30, 2015, 15,30,30,000 won per annum within the scope of interest limit under the agreement, as the Plaintiff seeks from October 1, 2015 to the day of full payment, and 15% per annum within the scope of interest limit under the agreement, as the Plaintiff seeks from January 14, 200 to June 29, 2007 to the day of full payment, 30% per annum within the scope of interest limit of 15% per annum within the scope of interest limit under the agreement, as the Plaintiff seeks from June 14, 2004 to June 31, 2007.

B. From October 26, 2004 to June 29, 2007, the amount of KRW 70,000 to the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) is within the scope of the Interest Limitation Act from June 30, 2007 to September 30, 2015.
