A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Of the facts charged in the instant case, the charge of violating the Foreign Exchange Transactions Act is acquitted.

Punishment of the crime

1. From August 2, 2012 to May 1, 201 of the same month, the Defendant: (a) chips of USD 50,000 (one 56,000,000 in Korean Won) from the etet room of the Switzerland C Dros casino (referring to the Baros that pay and borrows deposits to the Kanos); and (b) chips of approximately 50,000 US dollars (one chips of approximately 56,00,000 in Korean Won); and (c) chips from one side of the "Baner" and "Plaler", put chips on one of the chips and added the number of card numbers of Chapters 2 to 23, 2002 to 9.

2. From August 20, 2012 to March 23, 2012, the Defendant chip from the sckes of the Philippines C, to USD 100,000,00 ($ 112,000,000,000) in the chip of the Republic of Korea, as in paragraph 1.

3. From February 1, 2014 to April 1 of the same month, the Defendant chips equivalent to USD 100,000 ($ 112,000,000,000) from the sckes of the Philippines C casino from around February 1, 2014 to the chip in the way referred to in paragraph 1.

4. From February 23, 2014 to February 25, 2014, the Defendant chips equivalent to USD 88,000 ($ 98,000,000) from the sckes of the Philippines Croke casino from around February 23, 2014 to the chips of the Philippines, as described in paragraph (1).

5. From April 4, 2014 to May 5 of the same month, the Defendant chips equivalent to USD 88,000 ($ 98,000,000) from the sckes of the Philippines Croke casino to USD 88,00, as described in paragraph (1).

6. From April 25, 2014 to April 26, 2014, the Defendant chips equivalent to USD 88,000 ($ 98,000,000) from the sckes of the Philippines Croke casino from around May 25, 2014 to the chips equivalent to USD 88,00, as described in paragraph (1).

7. The Defendant shall ex officio correct the facts constituting a crime acknowledged based on evidence on December 25, 2015.
