On January 19, 2018, the Defendant driven a B6-car under the influence of alcohol 0.079% alcohol level from around 3km-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si to around 691-13, as it was under the influence of alcohol from around 3km-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si to around 691-13.
