1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
Basic Facts
The plaintiffs' status, registered design, registered trademark, and products and professional sports together with plaintiffs in the United States of America, the main purpose of which is to develop and sell a number of drugs, including non-Agra (Viagra; hereinafter "non-Agra"). The trademarks listed in the registered trademark of this case [registration No. 60873, (three-dimensional trademark, color trademark; hereinafter referred to as "Plaintiff trademark") of the attached Table (registration No. 60873, 308; hereinafter referred to as "the registration number No. 608773; hereinafter referred to as "non-Agra") are non-Agra, which is a non-agra treatment product with visual functional disorder, which is a corporation in the United States of America, and was registered on February 17, 2005.
Nonparty 1: (a) filed an application on September 26, 1998 (the priority claim on April 7, 1998) for the design indicated in the registered design of this case (registration No. 240145, POC; hereinafter “Plaintiff design”) and registered on March 26, 1999; (b) on October 19, 2005, the Plaintiff’s design was transferred to Nonparty 1 and each New Factor Islands on July 30, 2012; and (c) on October 19, 2005, the Plaintiff’s design was transferred to Nonparty 1 and then transferred to Ireland on July 30, 2012.

Korean Commercial Law Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary company located in Korea of Plaintiff C, Co., Ltd., Ltd., which exclusively imports and sells the medicine produced by Plaintiff Crat and Co., Ltd from 198 to 198.
Plaintiff
The design right of the Republic of Korea, Ireland, Ireland, and the Republic of Korea (hereinafter referred to as the “Plaintiffs’ products”) has the Plaintiff’s chemical and professional virtue C with the trademark right, and the packaging form of the Plaintiff’s products is as shown in the Plaintiffs’ product packaging, which is the treatment product for the development disorder, imported and sold by the Plaintiff, the Korea Institute of Chemical Interest Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiffs’ products”).

The trademark "Viaagra" and "PFIZ" of the PFIZ is widely known and well-known functional disorder treatment chemicals of the trademark "Viagra" and "PFIZ" were developed around the end of March 27, 1998 by the plaintiff and the professional virtuez in the United States on March 27, 1998.
