Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

around 05:05 on June 3, 2016, the Defendant assaulted the victim by hand on the road of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, the same as 1377 bank prior to the bank, on the ground that the victim B (38 tax) who operated his/her car on behalf of the Defendant came to fall under the time zone due to the change of destination and the victim came to go to the end of his/her half.
