Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle B at low price.
On September 28, 2013, the Defendant driven the above vehicle on September 16:48, 2013, and led to the flow of the road of 152 km (152 km) near the Daegu bank in the 88 Expressway to the Daegu bank in Daegu.
