A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On April 4, 2001, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for night intrusion larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court. On July 18, 2002, the Incheon District Court sentenced one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Incheon District Court on July 18, 2002. On October 28, 2004, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Jeonju District Court on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes,

1. On January 201, 2013, the Defendant: (a) entered a container office while working at a recycling collection place in Gyeyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu; (b) followed a knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife

2. Violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act and fraud;

A. On February 4, 2013, the Defendant presented a new card in the first floor of G building G, as described in paragraph (1), to the victim I, and made payments with the said credit card as if he/she used the credit card. From the above date to February 27, 2013, the Defendant paid 1.50,000 won in total by the same method over 55 times from the above new card, as indicated in the new card, and signed a sales slip, and then delivered it to each of the store operators of the above crime list.

Accordingly, the Defendant: (a) induced victims; (b) prevented them from paying a total of KRW 3,100,000 from the victims; (c) obtained economic benefits equivalent to the same amount; and (d) used stolen credit cards.

B. The Defendant was removed from North Korea on February 26, 2013.
