Examining the record in light of the relevant legal principles, the court below is justified in dismissing all of the plaintiff (Counterclaim defendant)'s main claim and conjunctive claim on the main claim to seek the distribution of residual assets as to the land and building of this case on its grounds as stated in its reasoning.

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by misapprehending the legal principles regarding the distribution of residual assets following the dissolution of the association, or by recognizing facts against logical
