1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Plaintiff, as a local administrative official in Yang-si, served as both-si accounting and B from April 30, 2012 to July 15, 2013.
B. On October 6, 2014, the Defendant dismissed the Plaintiff pursuant to Article 69 of the Local Public Officials Act on the ground that the Defendant violated Articles 48 and 53 of the Local Public Officials Act by reason of the following disciplinary reasons.

C. On September 2012, the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport received gift certificates worth KRW 1,00,000 from the representatives of 4 to 5 companies, such as Q and R&S, and received gift certificates in total from K, H, I, and G, which were contract team employees at the time.
