A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Music Industry Promotion Act is a karaoke machine business operator running a “Enoman bank” on the Seo-gu and the second floor of Daejeon-gu.

Any karaoke machine business operator shall be prohibited from selling or providing alcoholic beverages, and shall not engage in any act of employing or arranging a loan for entertainment.
