Punishment of the crime

1. On April 2013, the Defendant: (a) received request from F and G, the representative director of Songpa-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City D Officetel 405, “A credit is issued in the name of E, and the credit is requested to obtain a secured loan; (b)” and “A credit is to be issued and a secured loan is to be received by making a solicitation to the head of H branch of the National Bank H branch in the name of the Republic of Korea.” (c) On April 2013, the Defendant received five copies of the above F’s cashier’s cashier’s checks from the F in Seoul Songpa-gu D Office 405, on May 2, 2013, and received KRW 25 million from the Defendant’s I’s corporate bank account in the name of F.

2. On August 3, 2013, the Defendant was aware of a loan secured by J and K No. 801-804 of the Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan L Building at the coffee shop near the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 11 Net Dol-dong 11-Sadong, and the Defendant was transferred KRW 7 million, which is a half of the working expenses, to the Defendant’s I’s business bank account in his name on September 3, 2013.

As a result, the Defendant received money and valuables on the intermediation of matters concerning the duties of officers and employees of financial institutions.

3. On March 2013, the Defendant: (a) received a request from P, an agent of the representative director of NN, a corporation, to open a current account in the name of the National Bank; and (b) made good offices with the National Bank to arrange for current account transactions with the National Bank; and (c) opened a current account by soliciting the head of H branch office of the National Bank, which is well known in the Republic of Korea; and (d) opened a current account by soliciting the head of H branch office of the National Bank.
