1. Of the Zine of 1,190 square meters in the window of Changwon-si;

A. Defendant Republic of Korea shall be the Defendants listed in the [Attachment 2] List of Inheritance Shares.

1. Basic facts

A. The land ownership relationship 1) Zine 1,190 square meters in the window of Changwon-si, Changwon-si (hereinafter “instant land”).

(2) The Defendant Republic of Korea sold the instant land to the deceased A on October 16, 1953 to KRW 1,320, and the deceased AA fully paid the purchase price on June 24, 1961. However, the Civil Act (No. 471 of February 22, 1958) went into effect and did not complete the registration of ownership transfer on the instant land until six years have passed since the enforcement of the Civil Act (No. 471 of February 22, 1958).

3) After that, on August 27, 1991, Defendant Republic of Korea completed the registration of ownership transfer on the instant land on the ground of reversion of rights on September 11, 1948. (B) The Network AA, while constructing and living a building on the instant land, donated the said land and buildings to the Network AB, who was his husband, on December 1960, and on February 24, 1970, the network AB sold the said land and buildings to the Network AC, who was the husband of the Plaintiff. The network AC removed the above land and occupied each of the above land and each of the above land, wood and building, and used it.

2) On September 4, 1972, the deceased on September 4, 1972, the Plaintiff, his spouse, made an agreement on the division of inherited property to solely inherit the instant land.
