Defendant shall be punished by a fine of nine million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On January 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) entered into a lease agreement with Hyundai Motor Samsung Branch Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., located in Seo-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, to pay rent of KRW 1,106,500 on the 25th day of each month for a total of 60 months from January 28, 2014 to January 28, 2019; and (b) during the lease agreement, the Defendant embezzled the said vehicle by borrowing KRW 15 million from an influent lender located in Seo-dong, Busan Special Metropolitan City on March 2014.
