A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2018 Gohap 65" Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. On February 21, 2018, the Defendant entered a foreign E Open Market into a virtual currency of 5.83 g (hereinafter “F and Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Building G B, 1501 (H)”) with access to the said foreign E Open Market, which is misused for a crime by ensuring the anonymousity of using smartphones, and entered the recipient into “F and Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Building B, 1501 (H).” On the Netherlands’s sale, Cocars, who are in the Netherlands, stored 5.83 g (c) in a postal bag and sent them by ordinary mail on February 21, 2018, and then imported Cocars by allowing them to arrive at the Incheon International Airport in the International Airport as part of the International Aircraft around 15:26, 2018.
2. On February 2, 2018, the Defendant, using smartphones around 01:0 to 02:00, sent approximately 1g of marijuana to an open market overseas E, and entered the recipient into the same as described in paragraph 1, and imported marijuana by sending approximately 1g of marijuana in a letter bag to an ordinary air route on February 2, 2018.
3. On February 26, 2018, the Defendant, using smartphones around 01:0 to 02:00, connected to the open market overseas E, paid for marijuana 2.95g, in a virtual currency of 0.3 g, entered the recipient in the same manner as described in paragraph 1. The sales of the hemp in Spanish, entered marijuana 2.95g in a postal bag, sent it by ordinary mail, and then imported marijuana at the Incheon International Airport around 07:54 on February 26, 2018.
4. The Defendant, on March 2018, using smartphones, entered a person who receives them into a foreign E open market in a virtual currency of 4.73 g (i.e., Cocar) by accessing the foreign E open market, and paid them in a virtual currency of ccar, as described in paragraph 1. The ccar sales in the Netherlands were concealed 4.73 g (i.e., Cocar) in a postal bag and sent them by ordinary mail.
