1. The Defendant’s KRW 985,434,790 for the Plaintiff and its related KRW 5% per annum from May 4, 2013 to March 11, 2019, and March 12, 2019.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act: A judgment without holding any pleadings;

According to Article 2(2) of the Addenda of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019) on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is 12% per annum from June 1, 2019. Thus, the part of the claim for damages for delay seeking payment exceeding the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 is rejected.
