A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant,
1. A person who has been sentenced to a fine of eight million won in the same court on April 19, 2013; a person who had been sentenced to a fine of eight million won in the same court on July 1, 2013; a person who had been sentenced to a fine of eight million won in the fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Jung-gu District Court on June 28, 2007, for the violation of the Road Traffic Act and the violation of the Road Traffic Act; a person who has been sentenced to a suspension of execution for six months in prison; a person who has been sentenced to a fine of eight million won in the same court from the day of the violation of the Road Traffic Act to the day of the 516-33 restaurant in the front of the Hacheon-si, Seocheon-gu, Gyeongcheon-do and the day of the 517-58 morries on the road at the same time from sunrise to the day of the 517-5 morries on the road.
2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;
A. On July 1, 2013, around 18:00, the Defendant’s house located in Pocheon-si C without obtaining a driver’s license in approximately 200 meters section from the front of the Defendant’s house located in Pocheon-si to the front of the Doncheon-do Doncheon-do Doncheon-do Doncheon-do 516-33;
B. On July 1, 2013, around 20:0, 2013, B rocketing III motor vehicles were driven without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 100 meters from the front of the Cump restaurant to the front of the Cump restaurant located in approximately 517-58 of the same Ri from sunrise to sunrise under the conditions set forth in 516-33, Macheon-si, Macheon-si, Macheon-do.
