Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 00:45, 2015, the Defendant: (b) committed assault against the victim; (c) on the part of the victim D (the 54-year-old), the Defendant: (d) committed assault on the part of the victim, such as: (a) breaking the guest room to the eel operated by the victim D (the 54-year-old), and resisting the victim to return accommodation expenses without the death; and (b) breaking the victim’s head to another place; and (c) destroyed the 50,000 won of the repair cost by shouldering the windows of the 2nd floor of the Moel.

2. On December 23, 2015, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) around 01:10, at the Daegu-dong Police Station G District of the Daegu-dong Police Station, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, under paragraph (1) of the said Article, the Defendant expressed a large voice to the police officers working there, “I will see that I will do so, because I will do so so, I will do so, and I will do so.”

As a result, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, dumpeded or imprisoned by very rough or disorderly words and conducts between about 10 minutes in the above global belt, which is a government office.
