Punishment of the crime

On June 13, 2014, from around 16:20 to 16:30 on the same day, the Defendant failed to calculate at the C convenience store located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, and intended to drink a gene product by opening it, and the victim D, an employee of the Defendant, was unable to avoid disturbance by putting the Defendant back and returning home, selling plastic bags for the classification of goods, and displaying the gum for gum for melting the gum for gum.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's business of convenience stores by force for about ten minutes.
