Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 5,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A and Defendant B shared with the aim of showing that they may cause harm to their families if they demand money to D, which is the spouse of the victim C (ma·60) and not for demanding money. Defendant A and Defendant B shared in order to find the victim’s residence to harm the peace of residence.
At around 20:00 on June 8, 2020, the Defendants entered the Gangnam-gu Seoul E Apartment Fdong, and intruded into the above place by using the open cres in which the co-stigatories were open. Through stairs, the Defendants invaded upon the victim’s residence such as hedging the documents in front of the ghogate, which is the victim’s residence.
B. On June 14, 2020, around 23:13, 2020, the Defendants invaded upon the victim’s residence by entering the Gangnam-gu Seoul E Apartment Fdong, and by using the open gap in which the joint signature was opened. Through stairs, the Defendants invaded upon the victim’s residence, such as duplicating the front door and duplicating the front door in front of the victim’s residence.
C.
