Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Records] Defendant A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on December 16, 2016 by imprisonment with prison labor for a special assault in the wooden Branch of the Gwangju District Court on December 8, 2016 and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 16, 2016.

[2] Defendant A is the owner of an unregistered fishing vessel E (4.91 ton). Defendant B is the owner of F (6.56 ton) F (6.56 ton) to be the fishing vessel for the coastwise in Newanan-gun's Coastal Coastal Coastal Coastal Coastal Coastal Coastal Coastal Coastal Coastal Coastal Coastal Coastal Coastal Coast Guard in the Republic of Korea. Defendant A, around May 19, 2016, took the rent of the above F from Defendant B at the Gun Office of Newanan-gun, 1004 to be used for fishing as F, using the aforementioned F's permission documents, oil supply cards, etc.

1. Defendant A

A.
