A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On November 13, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny in the Western District Court Branch of the Daegu District Court on November 13, 2015, and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 28, 2016.

In the case of “employee credit loans” handled by a savings bank and a lending company in the city with C, etc., the Defendant: (a) obtained a credit rating lower than that of other loans; or (b) obtained a loan from a financial institution by soliciting those who are unable to obtain a financial institution due to the lack of other assets; and (c) obtained a loan from a lender under the name of a fee by forging various documents necessary for the loan; and (d) obtained a loan from a financial institution.

Accordingly, the Defendant recruited loan applicants and requested C, which is the forged book of loan documents, to forge the loan applicants. The role of controlling loan brokerage business, such as ordering the loan applicants to answer in the process of receiving the confirmation phone for loan application, C, as if the loan applicants are in contact with the Defendant and forged the loan-related documents, such as the certificate of employment and the detailed statement of deposit transactions, as if the loan applicants hold office in the company, and received the confirmation phone as if the loan holders hold office in the company, and as if the loan holders hold office in the company, the loan applicants divided the loan from financial institutions according to the above role.

According to the above public offering, the Defendant recruited D and asked C to forge documents as if the above D were in office in the company, and C was working for the company as “E” in the absence of any occupation as “E,” and forged the transaction details list of the accounts of the Agricultural Cooperative accounts in the name of D as if he received monthly benefits.

Since July 13, 2015, D, together with the defendant, extended loans from the non-commercial PC room located in Gwangju metropolitan area to mountain and loan companies.
