1. The Defendant’s KRW 216,211,920 as well as the annual amount of KRW 5% from October 20, 2012 to November 18, 2013, and the following.

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff is a company whose main business purpose is the travel business, etc., and the defendant is the representative director of the non-party B corporation (hereinafter "non-party corporation") whose main business purpose is the port sale slip business, etc.

B. Around October 2007, the Plaintiff entered into a collective purchase agreement between the non-party company and the non-party company in Incheon/M as to impossible airline tickets. The main contents are as follows.
