1. The Defendant’s currency 682,706.70 US dollars to the Plaintiff and its related USD from August 31, 2013 to November 7, 2013.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On March 10, 2010, the Plaintiff (a company established at Gatar on February 28, 199, and the actual representative is C, and a limited liability company, the most similar type established in the Republic of Korea, is deemed to be a limited liability company) concluded a service contract with Samsung Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Tsung Engineering”) on which the said company and the subcontractor at the oil plant construction site installed in Alga Ga (hereinafter “the construction site of this case”) provide accommodation services to the subcontractor, and the service cost agreed to be paid within 20 days upon the subcontractor’s direct claim, and from April 1, 2010, the Plaintiff provided accommodation services at the construction site of this case.

B. The Defendant entered into a subcontract with Samsung Engineering around 2010 and took part of the process at the construction site of this case, and received accommodation services from the Plaintiff from July 2012 according to the service contract between the Plaintiff and Samsung Engineering.

C. The Plaintiff filed a claim with the Defendant for reimbursement of USD 1,859,693.00 for the total amount of service charges from January 1, 2011 to July 2012, 201, which was calculated as excessive due to an error in settlement of accounts among the service charges in 2011, and from April 201 to April 2012, the Plaintiff filed a claim for reimbursement of USD 1,859,693.00 for the service charges against the human resources managed directly by Samsung Engineering from April 2011 to July 2012.

In the process of calculating service costs, the Plaintiff sent details of the number of persons providing accommodation services to the Defendant and requested confirmation, and received confirmation and data from the Defendant.
