1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from April 18, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

According to the purport of each statement and argument in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3 (including serial numbers), the plaintiff lent money to the defendant several times from February 2013 to August 13, 2013. The amount of interest and interest on the loan between them is determined as KRW 30 million (including KRW 10 million that the plaintiff remitted to the defendant on the following day) and the defendant before September 20, 2013. The defendant prepared and delivered each statement (No. 3-1 of the above evidence) promising repayment to the plaintiff, and the defendant can be acknowledged that the defendant had the obligation to pay the plaintiff the agreed amount of KRW 30 million and damages for delay from August 13, 2013 to April 2018, 2014, the following day of the service of this case, as the plaintiff seeks payment order after the due date. The defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff the agreed amount of KRW 30 million to the plaintiff, barring any special circumstances.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and accepted.
