The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted, the lower court is justifiable to have determined that all of the facts charged of this case against the Defendants was guilty on the grounds stated in its reasoning.

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors in the misapprehension of facts beyond the bounds of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or in the misapprehension of legal principles on the provision of money and valuables stipulated in the Act on Entrusted Elections, including the principle of trial-oriented, direct deliberation, and direct deliberation.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
