1. Around August 27, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime from around December 2015 to February 2016 to the “Empt” operated by the victim D, who was in the Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, to be an employee.
Around August 27, 2016, the Defendant and F reached the “Empt” above on August 27, 2016, and around the office, F reported the network before the office, and the Defendant entered a password with a credit cooperative inside the above office in the Empt, and stolen KRW 3.5 million with a secret number of KRW 3.5 million for cash owned by the victim.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with F.
2. From September 3, 2016 to September 4, 2016, the Defendant served as an employee in the “I convenience store” operated by the victim H in Daegu Suwon-gu G from September 3, 2016.
At around 15:00 on September 4, 2016, the Defendant and F: (a) reported the network within the above convenience store; (b) the Defendant stolen 40,000 won in cash owned by the victim; (c) 50,000 won in KRW 21,50,000 in cultural product rights; (d) 20,000 in the market price; and (e) 50,000 won in KRW 225,00 in the market price; and (e) the Defendant stolen 4,00 tobacco in excess of KRW 18,00 in the market price.
Accordingly, the Defendant, together with F, stolen the victim's property amounting to the total market value of KRW 2,623,00.
around 00:06 on August 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) 784,000 won in cash, which is owned by the victim of the credit cooperative, was stolen, by putting in a convenience store by using a cresh in which surveillance was neglected, while the Defendant was working at the convenience store operated by the victim K in Busan Metropolitan City on August 21, 2016.
The Defendant of “2016 Highest 5105” around 20:0 on May 14, 2016, the Defendant: (a) had a key of a motor vehicle owned by the victim by using a cre in which the victim’s O (22 years of age) drinks and lockeds in a dormitory located in N in M M M, Y, Gyeongnam-gun on May 14, 2016; and (b) had the market value owned by the victim.
