The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On June 30, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim when the victim’s head was buckbucks in Anyang prison B located in the inner waters of the Gu in Ansan-si; (b) the victim C(49 years of age) and Si expenses; and (c) the victim’s bucks were bucks; and (d) the victim’s head was bucked by hand.

2. The facts charged in this case cannot be prosecuted against the victim's express intent under Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act as a crime falling under Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act. According to reference materials submitted to this court, the victim can have withdrawn his/her wish to punish the defendant on June 2020, which is after the prosecution of this case. Thus, the prosecution of this case is dismissed pursuant to Article 327 (6) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
