On May 31, 2013, at around 22:40, the Defendant driven a B low-est car from the front day of the Donggwon-dong Hospital in Ansan-si to the front day of the 965 Kugdong-dong 965, in a state of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.257%.
