Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. In slaughter livestock, it shall be done at a place permitted as a place of work of livestock products;

Nevertheless, without obtaining permission from the competent authorities, the Defendant slaughtered livestock, such as chickens and ducks, at a store of approximately four square meters in front of the traditional markets of the C Elementary School Together located in Yangsan-si B from January 30, 2013 to May 29, 2013, each month from January 30, 2013.

2. Any person who intends to operate a livestock products sales business shall install the facilities and report it to the competent authority;

Nevertheless, without reporting to the competent authority, the Defendant sold livestock products by selling chickenss and ducks at the stores as stated in paragraph (1) from April 27, 2012 to May 29, 2013.
