A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Since the Defendant’s interference with business appears to be a clerical error in the address and trade name of the restaurant operated by the victim C in the indictment of D main points operated by the victim C in the Yancheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do from around 00:20 on December 9, 2019 to around 00:40, the Defendant shall correct it as above.

(Evidence Nos. 21). (Evidence Nos. 21) The victim was asked by the victim to dynasty singing while drinking alcohol, and the victim was asked by the victim to do so, and as a result, the victim’s disturbance was obstructed in the operation of the above restaurant by force by force. (See Evidence Nos. 21) The victim’s disturbance, such as gathering and throwing the dynasium on his/her table, "the dynasium dynasium dynasium dynasium dynasium dynasium dynasium."

2. On December 9, 2019, at around 00:50 on December 9, 2019, the Defendant obstructed performance of official duties: (a) sought questions from the police officer F of the House Police Station E District Unit, who was called out after having received a report of 112 that the Defendant would avoid disturbance of the failure at the place specified in paragraph (1); and (b) sought questions from the police officer F of the House E District E District Unit, to find out the circumstances of the instant case; (c) threatening him/her as if he/she were to be drinking; and (d) assaulted him/her, such as continuing to keep him/her from drinking his/her head

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of official duties concerning the handling of the 112 reported case by police officers.
