1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 1, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

1. Determination as to the cause of claim

A. According to the purport of the evidence No. 1 and the entire pleadings, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 40,00 to the Defendant around December 2015, and the Defendant agreed to pay the remainder of KRW 10,000 to December 31, 2015 and March 31, 2016 respectively.

B. According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff delay damages calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from April 1, 2016 to the date of full payment, as claimed by the Plaintiff, following the day following the delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order with respect to the borrowed amount of KRW 40 million and the payment order of this case.

2. Conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is justified.
