Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 6, 2016, the Defendant driven a low-speed passenger car at G around 17:40, and driven a two-lane road in front of a corporate bank, which is located in 128, Dongjak-gu Seoul, Seoul, Seoul, along the two-lane distance from the edge of the long-term distance.

Ultimately, at around 17:48 of the same day on the same day due to the above occupational negligence, the Defendant caused the death of the victim due to damage to the scarcity.
