Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and the evidence duly admitted, the lower court is justifiable to have found the Defendant guilty of the instant facts charged on the grounds stated in its reasoning. In so determining, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the bounds of free conviction due to violating logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the requirements for arrest of flagrant offenders and the legality of performance of duties, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.
