A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 9, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for damage to public goods at the Daegu District Court on February 9, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence in the first prison of the North Korean defectors on April 1, 2012.

1. On January 12, 2013, the Defendant had employees report 112 without paying food values at the D cafeteria located in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu Northern-gu, and had employees report at 112. On January 12, 2013, the Defendant at will on the part of the patrol vehicle, stating, “Chose, and Police Station EdistrictF affiliated with the Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu Northern-gu, Police Station Edistrict, dispatched to the site,” and on the part of the patrol vehicle.

Since then, at around 21:20 on the same day, the Defendant was in the E District located in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu Northern-gu, and had been working in the said District, saying, “Chose fri, sent to the cell room of the police station, .......... in mind, the Defendant was off from the world and sent out of the Cheongsong prison in the middle of 23 crimes” while expressing letters “in the middle of Masong-gu and 23 crimes.” In mind, the Defendant said, “I knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife.”

Accordingly, the Defendant threatened the above H, thereby hindering police officers from performing their legitimate duties in relation to the handling of 112 reports.

2. Around 21:40 on February 15, 2013, the Defendant damaged public object by finding the Daegu Northern Police Station located in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu Northern-gu, 447-15 on the ground that he did not properly inform the police officers belonging to the Daegu Northern Police Station E District of the investigation progress of the case. Around 21:40 on February 15, 2013, the Defendant laid off the steel materials storage front wall (48 cm, length 100 cm, length 48 cm, length 100 cm) under the stairs of the entrance of the main entrance, and broken down the entrance with the repair cost of KRW 275,00.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the use of goods by public offices, thereby harming their utility.
