Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner of a building with five floors above ground located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

A person who intends to construct or repair a building shall obtain permission from the head of a Si/Gun/Gu.

Nevertheless, on November 20, 201, the Defendant, without permission, extended the boundary walls of the third and fourth floors of the building in question and extended the boundary walls of the fourth and fourth floors to 7 households, and 5 households with the fourth and fourth floors to 7 households.
