Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A and B violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) : (a) 21:25 on March 24, 2017, the Defendants walked with one-way and a route on the front side of the Manyang-gu E in Ansan-gu, Annyang-si; and (b) have been in dispute with the victim C (35 years of age). Defendant A was in his/her hand at hand when the victim’s face was tightly pusheded and drinking; (b) Defendant B was walking the victim’s emotional impulse; and (c) Defendant B, a de facto de facto spouse of Defendant A, her de facto marriage, was able to take three times the head of the victim’s head by hand.

As a result, the Defendants, in collaboration with F, inflicted an injury on the victim, such as climatic salt in need of treatment for about 14 days.

2. Defendant B’s assaulted the victim G (42) at the same time and place as the above paragraph 1, and on the premise that the victim G (42) at the same time and place, the victim G (42) told A of fighting unfavorable to Defendant B, the Defendant: (a) removed the back part of the victim’s body on one occasion by hand; and (b) assaulted the victim.

3. Defendant C injured the victim at the same time and place as the above paragraph 1, while having been in dispute with the victim A (37 years) at the same time and place, Defendant C knee and kneeed the victim’s face with knee and knee and kneeed the victim’s face.
