1. The defendant shall pay 20 million won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from April 9, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

1. From September 21, 2018 to November 30, 2018, the Plaintiff agreed to lend a total of KRW 245 million to the Defendant on June 30, 2019, and the period of reimbursement was set as June 30, 2019. According to the special agreement, the Plaintiff agreed to pay 10% of the amount borrowed as penalty if the Defendant immediately received the notice from the Plaintiff to pay the principal and interest without delay.

The plaintiff requested the defendant to repay the loan around July 2019, but the defendant did not comply with it.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff KRW 269.5 million, which is the sum of the borrowed amount of KRW 245 million and the penalty of KRW 24.5 million, as well as damages for delay.
