A A shall be punished by a fine of two million won, by imprisonment with prison labor for four months, and by a fine of two million won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants: (a) around 20:00 on November 10, 2018, from around 00 to around 00:10 of the same month, at the private house E in the Do restaurant building located in Incheon Strengthening-gun, the Defendants: (b) 100,000 won each of the following numbers are: (c) 7: (d) according to the rules, such as throwing up the board of each of the 100,00 won; (b) throw away the same card or the string pattern from the number of serial cards to the floor; or (c) throwing away the number of the cards in possession at the end of the game, the Defendants were the winners; (d) 2,00 to 3,000 won per board in order; and (e) 7:00 won each of the card holders received the 52 card using each of the 52 cards; and (e) 7:00 won each of the card holders and the 17:00 won card holders received each of the card.

2. Defendant B was arrested as a flagrant offender for the same crime as described in paragraph (1), around 00:10 on November 11, 2018, and was transferred to a seafarer box at around 00:35 on the same day.

After taking custody as above, the Defendant was under surveillance of the police officers belonging to the seafarer police box and under his real control, and fledd while smoking tobacco at the front of the seafarer police box, using the gap in which the police officers’ surveillance was neglected.
