Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 2, 2016, around 10:35, the Defendant committed assault to the victim, on the front of the public parking lot located in the Jindo-gu, Jindo-gu, Jindo-si, and on the front of the public parking lot, on the previous parking lot, on the ground that the victim C (77 years) who is the parking manager of the parking lot (77 years) would request parking fees for parking fees in relation to stopping of the 2 to 3 minutes of the Defendant’s driving car at the previous parking lot.
