Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from March 23, 2012 to July 31, 2013, worked as the adviser of the E Trade Union located in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do, and took overall charge of the affairs such as union funds, support fund, etc. of the above trade union.

From March 28, 2012 to July 31, 2013, the Defendant received a total of KRW 512,287,381, including loans, union members’ trade union fees, and supporting money, from around March 28, 2012 to the head of the agricultural bank in the name of the above trade union, and kept it for the said trade union. A.

On October 23, 2012, while keeping the above union expenses of the E trade union in business, the Defendant transferred KRW 1,000,000 to the NA head of the Tong in the functional training center H operated by the G trade union for the purpose not related to the E trade union.

From that time until July 23, 2013, the Defendant used a total of KRW 41,540,000 in the same way over 23 occasions, as shown in Appendix I, for non-related uses with the E Trade Union.

As a result, the Defendant embezzled the property of the victim E trade union while on duty.

B. On April 26, 2013, while keeping the above union expenses of the E trade union in business, the Defendant purchased goods, such as trings, trings, trings, trings, and kins, to be used at the functional training center operated by the G trade union, and remitted the amount of KRW 1,000,000 to the head of the GJ as the agricultural head of the I trade union, and used it for purposes not related to the E trade union.

From that time until July 26, 2013, the Defendant used the total amount of KRW 5,204,500 in the same way, as shown in Appendix II, for a purpose not related to the E Trade Union.

As a result, the Defendant embezzled the property of the victim E trade union while on duty.
