A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is an operator of the DPC room located in Asan City (hereinafter “DPC room”), and E, as an employee, was in charge of cleaning, exchange, etc. in this game site.

No one shall distribute or use game water different from the contents of the rating, and shall exchange or arrange the exchange of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of the game water.
